This little guy is the reason for my lack of posts this weekend. Freeway was flown from NC to Atlanta to Maine and then we picked him up in Bangor, Maine. He was in Atlanta the day of the tornado. My happiness sadly coincides with a tragic event: the death of a prominent breeder of AHT's, Bonnie Turner, owner of Flinthill Kennels. She and her husband were thrown 50 feet by the tornado; she was killed and her husband is in critical condition. My thoughts and prayers are with Bonnie's daughter and family at this time, as well as anyone who went through this tragedy.

What a tragic story. My thoughts are with the surviving family members. My youngest sister lives in downtown Atlanta so we were quite worried until we heard from her- safe & sound. Freeway is so cute and such a lucky little fellow to be a part of your family!

What a tragic story! I will keep the family in my thoughts! Good luck with little Freeway as he adjusts to his new home. He's a lucky boy!

That is tragic indeed. I'll say a prayer for the family too. I hope Freeway settles in with his new family.
