This weekend we went to the Quidi Vidi Dog Park with Freeway and Rosie, our Hairless Rat Terriers. It was their first time socializing off leash with other dogs. They were the smallest dogs there, but the big dogs didn't stand a chance :)
Rosie spent most of her time sniffing the perimeter and chewing grass.
Freeway was the object of attention for dogs and kids alike, and got his butt nipped by a Cocker Spaniel in play, but it still caused him to run to the safety of daddy's arms.
Overall a fun time was had by all.
Rosie making friends. My little angel.
Investigating ducks. For a second I thought he may try to go in, but he just stayed at the edge.
An exhausted Freeway.
They slept really well that Sunday night :)

Looks like they had a great time. I have 3 ratties and was trying to imagine them without hair. Phoebe has lots of spots and I am thinking she'd look just like Rosie & Freeway, plus she's the only one with her tail left as well. (I adopted all 3, so I didn't have a say)

I love the pic of Rosie! Such a classic AHT greeting! My Harley does the same thing upon making friends with other dogs. Dont ya just love these dogs? Lisa
