Today's card is one I have been dreaming of for a long time. A Muse Stamps had this Madeira pattern on notecards for a while now and I loved it so much I wish I had a stamp of it. My dream has come true! I have so many ideas for it *ack head explosion!*
What I did today was use my Stamp-a-ma-Jig to center the image three times on Papertrey Select White Cardstock (110 pound weight - fantastic stuff). I then embossed with the darkest brown I had - coffee scented Gelly Roll Embossing Powder. Why does no one make a rich dark brown without red tones? Can't find it anywhere.
Next I added some clear buttons in the center that I put A Muse dark brown edged ribbon through using the flat bow method.
I think it is simple and elegant, yet fun.
I may add a small sentiment in the bottom corner when a need arises, but I do love the stark elegance without any other addition.
What do you think? *beggin' for comments here* lol

I really like it too. I really like the ribbon accents. I am so into brown, I might try a second card with a little scallop edge with brown peeking from behind. Would that be too much or over-power the simple images? I do love the three though.
