Wow! I love your work and cannot wait to see what you create with the digi sets. I JUST started to understand the concept of digital and am playing myself. No where near your quality! Just for fun single layer-simple stuff ! check out this site to see what I mean.
printable files and cutting files- I love it because it is easy BUT a big BUT I don't know how to print anything except black! The dt is constantly changing the colors of the text and images to coordinate with pattern papers so I just drool for now! I don't have photoshop-I have gimp? I am technically challenged with layers and brushes and what not!!! So I am very interested to see what and how you do!! If I was to invest in Copic markers for a beginner what would you recommend? I keep seeing them everywhere so I thought I would ask you. I hope you do not mind. Congrats on the new position and opportunity to grow and teach us some great stuff!!

Fabulous card Suzy, love your layout and those glittery streamers are gorgeous.
Super photo's - that iceberg is amazing and the dogs look like they're having the whale of a time.
Congrats on your DT position and thanks for posting my card on the challenge blog.
hugs Heather xx

Hi Deb and thank you so much!

I use the Neenah 80lb weight paper (available at SnS Stamps) it is so perfect for Copics AND for printing. Of course it will depend upon your own printer too but I do not like to go below 80 lb.

If your printer is finicky with 80 lb paper then you can do what I do when I don't have printer access - I put the image on a memory key and head to staples and just ask them to put it on the thicker paper. It is 80 or 90 lb weight and they have ivory AND white. I dont know what brand it is but it works awesome with Copics.

Sometimes I also get the laser color copier even with B&W- it embosses the black ink and looks so good! I think it is the laser that does that lol...

Lora - they wear clothes because they have no fur :) It protects from the sun and the wind, it is still in the 50s here with high winds.

Love that cute HM card with the shimmery streamers! Definitely a party card! Great pics of your weekend too! Looks so fun!

Congrats on your new DT assignment with Angel's Landing! I have taken a peek at their images and loved them! Do you have any recommendations for getting the Neenah through a finicky HP printer? Mine will only feed GP for some reason, even w/ settings adjusted. Anything thicker gets stuck. :(

Your card is gorgeous. Yes, what a happy card. I love all the sparkles. What a wonderful weekend you seem to have had. The place certainly has a beautiful view and hanging with good friends is always fun. Congratulations on the new DT position. You will be a fantastic addition to their team. I am so excited to see what you create with their digi stamps. Have a wonderful day!
xoxo, Christine
